An excellent host. leave some precious items like milk and drinks in the fridge to save our trip to the local grocery store. The house is perfect and clean. The location is also good in the quiet village. The Aqua water park is in front of the house. Kids loved it. The communication with the host was good and they responded promptly. we are thankful for the host to made our stay memorable in a very nice neat and clean property. I would recommend this property for people visiting Clacton on the sea with family.

The caravan was very neat and tidy, there was added extras that you don't get in a standard holiday let and it seemed a lot more homely.
The caravan is very spacious and the amount of storage/cupboard space is fantastic

I booked this mobile and stupidly didn't read all the reviews! Please do not stay here how this man is aloud to advertise and take bookings after all the bad reviews is not acceptable. On arrival i could see all the blinds was broken and hanging off the windows. I thought there was a mistake. So rang the owner Paul to be told sorry about it he hadn't got round to changing them. I thought OK are see what's it's like inside. On opening the door the stench of dog, body odour and smoke hit me. There was dog hair everywhere the sheets stunk so bad I was gagging. There was holes in walls cracks in doors broken beading on the walls broken window frames, fag burnes in the sofas, thick dust everywhere. Stains on the bedding and sofa. Broken paving outside the mobile wich my 4 year old son tripped over and hurt his leg. I was not happy at all I rang the owner and said this is not acceptable his said sorry he will tell his cleaning ect. I said no way am I staying here it's disgusting, he then said to leave sat and he will refund me but charge me for 1 day u did not agree to this he then told me to go through booking.com as his had enough of me and his switching his phone off. I then had to stay in my car over night with my 2 young children one with autism. It's was horrible as I had no more.moneu to book anywhere eles. After having to ring booking. Com to complain explain and speak to 3 diffeent people over 3 days!! I got £170 refund instead of 340. Please don't book with this man!!

Absolutely nothing the caravan is nothing like the pictures advertised as them pictures are really old there was stains on over the sofas and bedding everything was filthy missing curtains broken blind on floor of the bedroom bathroom the shower was all moldy and rotten didn’t even attempt to have a shower ended up getting own dinner set and knife and folks to-use carpets are all pulled up and the window is broken and duct taped half closed

Modern, clean caravan, couldn't fault it! Smart tv was a nice touch. We struggled to find the caravan when we got there so contacted the owner and she was lovely and helped us find the caravan with no trouble. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Easy location to walk in to the village. Very clean with a comfortable bed and nicely decorated. The boat was more spacious than expected, we loved staying there.

I had a fantastic stay at your caravan. It felt like home with everything needed for a pleasant and problem-free stay. The interior was very clean, cozy, and welcoming. I enjoyed an amazing barbecue, and the morning sun between the trees made my coffee delightful. The high fence provided privacy and security, and the beautiful beach was just a 5-minute walk away.
