Very comfortable flat. It is located very central, close to grocery store and restaurants. The owner was super fast with communication and getting us the key code. So much better than staying in a hotel. Being on the ground floor was convenient. I enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck

Comfortable and well equipped. The garden is very beautiful and my son enjoyed seeing the animals (thanks!!). They even provided us with toys for our kids and they had a blast.

Excellent location for St Ives and its great hospitality and close to Cambridge with bus stop a few hundred yards away. Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Bar and restaurant very good. Great breakfast. Brilliant staff.
From checking in to leaving all the staff were polite, welcoming and friendly. The Hotel was well presented, very clean and the room was amazing. I would definitely return to this hotel when I am next in the area.
Location very good local to the St Ives just a very short walk the hotel is in the process of being up-graded at the time of our visit but every thing was very clean and comfortable
Lovely hotel, nicely decorated with very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a meal at the hotel which was delicious. All the staff were very friendly.
Very clean, comfy and well equipped little holiday home. A short walk to the town centre and the riverside and straightforward enough to find. Host was clear and communicative and left plenty of useful information. Would stay here again!
