The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed, the hot tub made our stay extra special and exceeded all expectations! The property is very private with a wrap around garden and plenty of seating, we loved the use of the hot tub even on a stormy evening.
The bed was also extremely comfortable, we were gutted we didn’t book on for another night!
We made use of all the facilities (kitchen / games / outdoor etc) and thought our stay was worth every Penny.
Thank you to the host, we cannot wait to return with family.

There is plenty of room throughout the house .communication from the host is excellent, and the host went out of his way to take us to the wedding venue. Nice touch. Very clean . Tea coffee sugar and milk were provided. Great find.

Lovely house nice and clean with everything you could need
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The cottage was excellent/all new appliances and the large sofa was so comfy / all very clean and much bigger than we expected/ easy instructions to access the property on arrival / we had a Quick Look on Google street view which helped as we got near / big fridge to keep food in, if don’t want to go to restaurants/ we absolutely loved everything about it/
Very clean, loved the hot tub and the fact it was enclosed and not overlooked. Underfloor heating was lovely, enjoyed using the log burner and getting all cosy in front of the fire. Everything needed was provided for a really enjoyable stay and all the equipment needed to cook good meals. Located a nice easy walking distance to local village with pub.

This is a lovely property in a very nice village. It had everything we needed.
The hosts provide milk, bread, tea, coffee and other bits and pieces which we very much appreciated.
The bedding and towels smelt very clean.
There is also places to sit outside if the weather allows. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cottage right in the heart of Sabden yet very convenient for Clitheroe Town Centre. We were here for the annual mod/scooter rally weekender. This place is also perfect if you're looking for a little peaceful retreat, walking with beautiful views and lovely local pubs.
The cottage was very comfortable, spotless clean and had everything you need for a break away.
