It's was peaceful, the host showed us around, despite living in the main house she gave us complete privacy. The barn is central to some nice locations for days out. Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth and the New forest to name a few.

Beautiful cottage with original beams inside, I loved the mezzanine floor - so cosy and comfortable. The kids said the sofa bed was comfy too (thin mattress but had a mattress topper on it too). T.V had Netflix. Hot tub and garden area nice and private - high fence between cottage and main house so not overlooked. Hot tub plenty big enough for 4 and already up to temperature when we arrived. Owner welcoming on arrival and informative, and then left us to it so not intrusive or visible at all.

Location was wonderful.Access however from your car involves a lot of steep steps not one for the elderly or those with mobility problems.We found the house perfect and so comfortable.So nice to be central and by the lovely river Itchen.

It was a really nice friendly pub and we felt safe and well looked after at all times.
The hotel is situated on a quiet road.The rooms were set apart from the main hotel and it was nice and quiet with views from our room over the surrounding countryside.

We were a group of ladies celebrating a 70th birthday. We were made to feel extremely welcome on our arrival and when one of our party phoned to say she had had a road accident the staff were extremely helpfull. We enjoyed a a superb meal in the restaurant, where again the team were excellent. The rooms are decorated beautifully and very clean. The complimentary tea/ coffee/ water is a nice touch as many hotels don't offer this now. We all agreed we would like to return.
