Lovely, cosy place with lots of nice touches - Prosecco and chocolates on arrival: orange juice and milk provided, cereal, jam, wide range of coffee and tea plus bottled water in the bedrooms. The view is amazing and the hot-tub is the cherry on the cake. would definitely book again.

The house was lovely, so quaint and well appointed. We only stayed 1 night so didn't use the TV or the cooking facilities as we went out locally to eat. The house is situated quite close to different pubs and eateries, in fact, there is a great little bakery just a few doors up from the house which was great and meant we picked up some sandwiches and pies (got to have a meat and tatty pie when visiting Lancashire!) for the drive home. I am originally from Lancashire but moved away so when I come back to visit family it's perfect to find little houses to stay in, we would book the house again if we had the opportunity.

It is a cozy and comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Practical yet tastefully designed and with a private parking spot. Very helpful host. Tolkien trails nearby absolutely fabulous! Even the weather was nice during our stay :-) We will come back.
