Big! Spacious. lovely garden and owner was hospitable only downside as there was no TV /Freeview only netflix which wouldn’t be ideal if you dont have Netflix so had to watch Youtube.

Location was exactly as expected and we had a great stay. Stayed with a big group (11 people) for a chill stag do. I would suggest this location for big groups of friends/big families looking for a location for an affordable day or two. There was plenty of space to play games, we had a good barbecue with the grills provided, bathrooms were clean and comfortable for both genders. The tents were cozy, clean and comfortable. As clearly stated both on their website and on booking, electricity and lighting is limited: a torch is definitely a must, particularly if you intend to have a night barbecue. Visitors should also be aware that it can be VERY cold at night (as stated by the hosts!), so dress accordingly. The tents had some hot water bags and extra bedding, which we appreciated.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean. It's been recently refurbished so everything is new. Joseph was a great host and very accommodating. Location is right beside Eltham High Street with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Train station is a five minute walk and thirty minutes on the train gets you to the heart of London with all it has to offer.

Booked this as it became available last minute. The host was superb and booked the parking for us, no trouble parking out the front. The property was ideal for a 1 night stay pre Gatwick flight. It was clean and tidy and has a small courtyard.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The host was very welcoming and and friendly and facilities were good. Bed was really comfy and it was nice and quiet. Room was a good size and very clean and would go back again if in the area.
The room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. A nice touch was the vase of daffodils. It is a quiet location and was near the venue I was attending. I had a warm welcome from the owner and felt very well looked after there and safe, as a woman travelling alone. I don’t really eat breakfast but I there was a lovely goody basket in my room so I could eat the fruit and use the kitchen to make drinks. The power shower was great and the bathroom was well equipped. I would recommend it.
