When we saw this place on booking.com we thought it looked absolutely amazing, hence why booked it. However, when drove to it, I actually thought it couldn't possibly be this area. It was booked for a 50th birthday and so upsetting for all. It is located in the worst area in Portrush, a run-down council estate with boarded up houses and houses with lots of weeds growing out of the gutters. Very disappointing tbh! When entered properly, it was freezing and couldn't get heating on as the owners had taken all the nozzles off radiators. They sent a maintenance man, and he had to turn all radiators on with a spanner he said they had been turned off with a spanner. I had requested hot tub, and when I went to get into it, it was cold. I hadn't yet paid the 50 extra but had requested it to be ready, which was another disappointment. Upstairs is lovely. I can't take that away from them. But the living room was too small for 6 people. 3 of us couldn't even see the tv. Heating kept on going off after 1 hour, so the house never really got heated up properly. As id my elderly parents with me and they were freezing. We all decided to find somewhere else to stay. Thankfully, it was in a lovely area huge big house with 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms , a dining room, 2 reception rooms, and huge gardens. Costs less than this house. We got greeted by the host too, and there was a welcome pack left, even a bottle of wine. I have since requested a refund for at least one night as we didn't stay the second night. I've just had an email from booking.com, and the property owner lied and said we stayed the full duration 😳. This house should not be advertised on here. If in a nicer area, yes, especially at the cost. I have stayed in so many beautiful properties all over Northern Ireland, and never have I stayed in one costing as much as this, and it's in a run-down council estate.

We were going to Coleraine for our daughter’s graduation ceremony and the location was perfect. (5 mins from the University). Terry was a great help and contacted us on arrival to make sure everything was ok and asked if we needed anything and again when leaving to make sure all had gone well. The ability to take our dogs with us made the house perfect for our visit and allowed us to take advantage of the great walks and beaches along the coast.
The house itself we found to be very clean, warm ( it was December !’) and very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms allowed us all to stay together within the one place and the outside enclosed garden is great for pets and well set up with swings etc for younger children if required.

The bungalow is spacious yet also warm and comfy. Lovely for chilling out in the evening. Kitchen/house has everything you could need. Three bathrooms, so no queues for the loo! Lol! Loads of parking.
I was impressed by the location. You are no more than ten minutes drive from any of the North Coast beaches, Portrush, Portstewart, Castlerock and just up the road to Coleraine town.
Very attentive hosts, who are only a message away if there is anything you need.
We will definitely be back.

Property was fantastic, we had a group of 12 and it had everything we needed, 2 en-suites and 2 toilets meant no one had to que. it was so clean and spacious, couldn't fault it and Keith was very helpful with any inquiries we had. Will definitely use again 10/10.

Lots of little, well-thought-out things made this property stand out. As someone who has stays all over the world multiple times a year, plugboards next to the beds were a nice touch, along with lots of towels (you'd be surprised how few towels are found in some vacation rentals) and a well-specced kitchen along with an air fryer; this didn't feel like one of those "what's the minimum I can give the guest" this was somewhere I will return to and the host was very fast with communications and accommodating to our requirements.

Everything was great! Good parking and location. Cheryl was very friendly and welcoming. The room felt like a hotel, it was very clean and beautifully presented. Lots of small details that made a big difference, water and juice in the fridge, porridge pots for breakfast, usb port in the plugs, a tiled area as you go in through the door to take your shoes off. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the rooms, I was very impressed.
We really enjoyed our weekend in Portrush. The house is very clean and comfortable and in a great location for exploring the Causeway Coastal Route. It has an enclosed yard for the dogs too, which is very handy.

Plenty of space for families and very clean. Roberta provided treats on arrival which was greatly appreciated when we arrived late and kept in toxuh throughout the week if we needed anything. A minutes walk to the beautiful beach and small walking distance to town via the beach. A home away from home really.
