I would 100% rather wake up here to all these beautiful animals and people rather than a standard hotel.
We had privacy, it was warm inside and everything we needed was provided (tea, coffee, fire wood etc)
All the added extras are a beautiful touch !!

Everything! The house is awesome and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pictures honestly don't do this place justice. It's spacious, clean and the perfect place to stay. The great outdoors was my favourite part about this trip. It’s in a lovely area where nature greets you and there are plenty of areas to go for a lovely walk or a village pub with lovely fresh food. This place came with its own beauty and the cabin itself was cosy and welcoming. The cabin also provided entertainment from games and vinyls to having a radio.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Friendly welcome. Very clean in the public areas and the bedroom. Very comfy bed and good sized room and bathroom. Good quality coffee machine in the room with a range of coffee pods. Simple check-in and check-out. Biker friendly. I was able to park behind the hotel on hard-standing which was safer for my bike. The free self-service breakfast provided a great variety of choice of items as well as tea, coffee, fruit juice and water which gave us a very good start to the day.
The room was excellent. Large livingroom with kitchen, seperate bed- and bathroom. All very clean and complete. Extremely welcoming owner, very good food in the restaurant, good mood in the pub. Complementary breakfast with good choice. Would definitely go back!
We had a lovely stay at Pound Orchard with Wendy and Ron. We arrived a little later than planned but Wendy was very welcoming. The accommodation was very clean, quiet and comfortable in a beautiful village. We had an enjoyable breakfast (Ron makes great coffee with a blend of 4 beans). Thank you Wendy and Ron, it was a lovely stay and would happily return.
