Location is set in a very quiet village, views are stunning. We found the stay very peaceful. James made us very comfortable, he was a call/text away at all times. There was also a bottle of red waiting for us on arrival!

everything was fantastic, clean and comfortable, easy to find and enter, well equipped kitchen, facilities all great. Very quiet street. It's a drive to Durham, which is a shame, but I knew when I booked it and for its location it's great value.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We have been here a couple of times and both rooms we stayed in were very clean. Rooms have everything you need,beds are so comfortable. Geoff and his team are very friendly and helpful.
Family room was very clean,smart,warm and comfortable. Good location to access Beamish for day trip.
