Place was exceptionally clean. Amazing home, beautifully renovated. Hosts were very understanding and very welcoming.
We were playing a festival in Oldham (we are a rock band!), and we found this place and booked it due to the price.
For so cheap, you expect a dump. But it's far from it. The welcoming pack was a great addition, the biscuits are lovely!

Room very clean, fresh towels each day and room cleaned. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Can’t fault the food especially the quality of the breakfast, fresh and plenty to eat with variety of dishes from cooked breakfast to cereal or continental pastries.
Just right price and excellent room staff all friendly rooms and hotel very clean and excellent location for public transport will try to avoid major sports events when up there again one question though the swimming pool was that available for hotel guests next time I will bring swimming gear with me
