The Quay, hotel in Newhaven

The Quay is located in Newhaven, 13 km from Brighton Marina, 15 km from Glyndebourne Opera House, and 15 km from Brighton Pier.

The accommodation was perfect for our brief stop over on the way to France. The location was perfect with the ferry port literally 5mins away and in view of our window. Watching the ferry come in right past the window was an experience my 7yr old neice loved. Our host was amazing, so informative friendly and welcoming. I could have stayed a whole weekend just chatting. The room was perfect size, and the bathroom was an ample size for 2 of us and nicely equipped. Loved how quiet the location and the accommodation were even with other guests arriving later ( I didn't even hear them arrive!)

Skylark Cottage at Seven Sisters, hotel in Newhaven

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Skylark Cottage at Seven Sisters features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio.

Location wins the day - everything else as described with support from Emma and her team, The cottage was clean, well kept, and welcoming - did the job and met our expectations with an equivalence to national trust properties as a good benchmark. We liked the fact that the turn of the taps seem to reflect how water drains when u move across the equator and welcomed the well stocked cards and uno. Sugar, pepper, salt, and some team and coffee supplied!

Family Holiday Home With Hot Tub Sleeps 8, hotel in Newhaven

10 km from Brighton Pier in Peacehaven, Family Holiday Home With Hot Tub Sleeps 8 provides accommodation with access to a hot tub.

This house was a great stay, the whole group enjoyed it. We were able to all spend time together in the kitchen/garden area, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and showers are nice and powerful. Cabs to Brighton town centre, take 10/15min and cost £20 (we split it as a fiver each, helpful tip tho, pre book 1 as ubers took a while to arrive) The house is close to sea/beach with pubs and restaurants at the end of the road so plenty on the door step. Out of 8 of us, we don't have any bad feedback

The room was clean, very clean. White and topnotch clean, from top to floor. The bed and bedspreads were clean. The bathroom has a well functional shower head. The toilet was neat. There are mirrors at all corners. It was quiet and peaceful. A calming space. Was received well by host's son, then was given a quick tour of the facilities to my room. The displayed picture was same as the space I used. Sincerely, my expectations were exceeded and I heartily appreciate them. 👍👍👍👍👍
