Great location. In a residential area and 5 mins away from sea. Such a lovely comfortable little place. Clean, nicely decorated, really comfortable beds and the host (Ruth) went over and above to make our stay exceptional. The little touches like bottled water in the fridge, tea/coffe & Twixs in the dining room, clean crisp bedding and fully equipped kitchen. We would recommend it and we will definitely book it again!

The cottage was clean, comfortable, well equipped and delightful. The hosts were thoughtful, friendly and very quick to respond to messages and calls. The location was also ideal - two minutes walk to the town centre and ten minutes walk to the sea front.

The bed is SO comfy and the fireplace was amazing, to have a real fire warming the house was lovely, the dog planted himself in front of it and never moved! The owners are so friendly and helpful. Decent water pressure, an enclosed back garden for the dog, lovely big kitchen

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Property is in a really good location, rooms were very clean and bed was sooooo comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again on our next visit to New Romney
The hotel was very clean and tidy throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The food at breakfast was enough to have lasted you all day. The evening meal, which was at an extra cost, was very good and well cooked and of good proportions. The room we stayed in was at the back and was very quiet. At the time we stayed it was very hot and electric fans were provided.
Great stay, holiday home was welcoming with lovely personal touches. Little things like washing up sponges, bin liners and toilet rolls provided which is a great gesture by the owners. Quiet side of the site and all slept very well. Thank you Sarah & Neil
