Beautiful house, cozy and beautifully furnished. Very romantic living. Great garden behind the house with seating, where occasionally a friendly cat came to visit. The whole house was a very pleasant surprise at the end of our 2 week trip with friends. Great kitchen, a really big bed in one room, overall large rooms and wonderful two rooms downstairs that serve as a dining room and living room with fireplace. We were greeted with a delicious carrot cake.

Buzzard Oak Barn is a perfect getaway. Lovely peaceful location with its own parking. Not far from beautiful Exmoor, amenities and a great pub! The barn itself is really cool. Absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out. Everything has been thought of and more. Angela is an excellent host, with great communication, directions and information. So nice to sit outside and watch the wildlife in the trees in the evening. Can definitely recommend. Thank you for a great weekend.

First and foremost, the hosts Manor and Ann are just the friendliest and kindest people. Helpful, always smiling, etc. We stayed in the Housekeeper quarters and it was spacious, very clean, comfortable and had everything one could need. The garden is also a plus. Beautiful and well maintained. A haven of rest. Moreover, the hosts give lots of great advice of what is worth visiting in their and the surrounding counties. It was a great week that we spend at the Old House Cottages:
