Remote location. Walks in pine plantation. Surprisingly well insulated, so we didn't need our emergency bedding we brought just in case. Dog was pleased there was a fenced garden area so he could play ball off the lead.

Location was only 9 mins away from the city centre or railway station. The beds were so comfortable (slept like a baby). Very beautiful home with a lovely garden out back. Host was super-responsive to all our needs. I would definitely stay here if I ever return to Chichester!!!

The house was full of character and was very well equipped.
It was brilliant that we could have a fire.
And it was 2 minutes walk to a great pub.
