We think this is the nicest holiday cottage we've ever stayed in! Warm welcome with a lovely basket of treats; beautiful peaceful location with tawny owls hooting by night; spacious, cosy, and classily furnished. The whole family loved it, including our dog.
Very central location with no problem to park. Proximity of a good selection of shops and restaurants. Rooms were a good size - ideal for a couple. Everything was very clean, and the host seemed to have thought of everything for the comfort of their guests, providing good quality shower gel, shampoo etc. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was excellent.
The staff, bar, restaurants, housekeeping, reception obviously well trained to a very high standard. Everyone very polite, helpful, and very clean to high standard, went out of their way to assist. The food was excellent. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.
