Amazing and friendly hosts. Super dog friendly accommodation with great outdoor space. Covered hot tub and garden pod so great in any weather. Gates at each part of the garden so dogs can run around safely. Short walk to town centre with everything you need. Dumfries House a short drive away which is great for dog walks. Will definitely look to book again.

Great location with lovely sitting areas and open plan feel. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment, and the laundry room was very useful given the weather.

The location was amazing, secluded away from it all feeling. Larger than we thought, woods brilliant for our dog he absolutely loved it. We enjoyed seeing the deer. Fresh milk and warm homemade scones oh my word, delicious.

Well equipped house that was comfy, clean, spacious and ideal for our family get together. Beds were comfortable with luxury bed linen which was a lovely touch. The 360 degree views from the house were stunning!

The apartment was excellent in every respect - exceptionally well presented, very clean and exactly as described.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The hotel was lovely. We were staying for a wedding nearby at Boswell Coach House, and read some great reviews on here about the hotel so decided to give it a go. Staff were so helpful, the room was very clean, and the restaurant and bar were lovely. Food was great too.
Something I really liked was the Room Numbers being associated with Robert Burns (we stayed in room 10 which was Tam O' Shanter, others were things like Souter Johnny, Jean Armour etc).
Hoping for another reason to come back here again!
