Fantastic location in a beautiful town. The accommodation was excellent with everything we needed - and more. Beds were extremely comfortable with lovely bedding. House was very clean and well presented. Garage was a necessity, as no on street parking, but if you only have 1 car it's perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Oh, also the communication from the host told us all we needed to know.

Absolutely everything. The hut was so well equipped and cosy. The hosts have thought of everything. The location is lovely and overlooks fields. It was such a beautiful relaxing place.

Very stylish yet also comfortable and well thought out/ practical. Very good location close to shops yet also quiet.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very clean and comfortable. In a lovely quiet village location. Appreciated the extra touches milk, orange juice, croissants, biscuits and of a bottle of beer and wine. And an enclosed garden for us and the dog. Comfortable bed as well
The space was very clean, inviting and comfortable. The sofas were really comfy and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Also brilliant parking space availability which was really helpful.
The location was also perfect, really walkable with a great pub nearby and really close to Rutland water.
Being able to sit outside and look at the lovely fields was also a lovely plus (weather permitting 😉)
Easy to follow instructions a very nice property well thought out comfortable and very clean. Well situated for Rutland Water, we cycled around and its right on the circuit, a small lockable shed for our bikes too. Lovely quiet village with good pub around 50 metres away. No " views" as such but very pleasant area and plenty to do locally.
Cottage was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and more. We were made to feel very welcome with both human and dog treats. There was excellent communication with the owners prior to and during our stay.

This Cottage very modern, cozy really feel!! Really thoughtful complimentary box, beautiful private garden with plenty of room for your dog, big tub bath and shower!! very clean place and we loved our stay here as it was so close to the places we wanted to visit!!
Beautiful quiet location, nice trails for walking the dogs, very clean and modern, a home away from home, beds very comfortable. Nice welcome pack (Wine, Beer, Milk, Orange Juice, Muffins Biscuits and dog biscuits. Excellent communication from Host. Pub nearly 2 minutes walk away and dogs allowed.
