The location was great and the property host was so kind, responsive and healthful resolving our inability to access the main park facilities (due to a trial that the holiday park was running around owner only access that weekend).

Five Stars. A comfortable, modern apartment, quiet but right in the heart of the High Street with its shops and cafes below and a few minutes walk to the quay. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and the welcome pack including a bottle of wine, crisps and nuts was a lovely surprise, as was the beautiful leafy tree right by the window. Enjoyed our stay and if we lived in the UK we would definitely be back.
Coxswain's Cabin is situated in Poole, 1.5 km from Poole Beach, 2.5 km from Lake North Beach, and 1.3 km from Poole Harbour.

We did not like the location at all it was noisy, neighbourhood was awful with shouting swearing and drunkeness from the people in the block opposite. The bathroom had mould , loose electrical plates, rusty balcony furniture and rotting timbers so unable to use it. Dripping taps in the kitchen and bathroom shower taps were stiff to turn on and shower head dripped. We cleaned some of the scuff marks off the walls , Balcony windows needed cleaning. We were kept awake by banging and shouting at night then early morning noise from drilling and banging from building works and the neighbours from 5.45am

The property was very clean and tidy, well equipped, comfortable, spacious. The host Suzi was very quick to respond to any questions. Suzi went above and beyond when my daughter forgot to pick her car keys up from the property when we left 😆 she arranged to post the keys to her house! Excellent service

Apartment nicley located for days out. Parking facilities are good, although the lights could be brighter at night for easier parking. Lovely apartment, the bedrooms had comfy beds & pillows & good storage. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of kitchen appliances, crockery, and utensils.
The bathrooms were clean with great sized towels, even towels for beach visits.
The apartment was clean and fresh when we arrived ready for us.
Shops are nearby for supplies when self-catering. Would definitely visit again.

The apartment on Poole Quay was exceptional. A lovely welcome pack waiting for us included mulled wine, chocolates, crisps and nuts. Towels and bed linen included. An extensive range of cooking implements etc. Lovely view of the Quay from both bedrooms and lounge area. Bed was comfy with two pillows each and a shower in the en-suite. The family bathroom included a bath and shower over. Access to apartment from the High Street, and with a lift to 3rd floor, easy to take luggage and accessories.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The lodge was well equipped and comfortable. Very clean with good supplies of cleaning products and toilet rolls. Instructions given for access and switching on hot water, alarm and fridge were excellent.
Accommodation near to the entrance and main facilities on the park, a 10 min walk to the beach with toddler and bags.
We all loved this lodge, my Grandson didn’t want to leave 😊 It was very clean and fully equipped. Two bathrooms was definitely a bonus. The views were great and the owner could not have done any more, she answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.
Lodge was very very clean . Walked into a welcome basket with a few essentials and milk in the fridge . Lovely patio to sit out on and the area lodge is in was so quiet . Would definitely stay again . Excellent communication with lodge owner . Lodge felt very comfortable.
Great house, well equipped kitchen and very clean. We were at tankfest for the weekend so was an ideal location but would definitely stay again for visiting the wider area. Hosts instructions and communication was spot on.
Great caravan, very clean and wonderful place to stay. Owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! However, the park itself isn't great.
