This is without doubt the nicest cottage we have stayed in through booking.com. Its location is incredible and the view is just stunning first thing in the morning watching the sun rise against the snow was just magical. It’s very well kept and everything is laid out for your comfort and coziness. We came when it was -7 weather and the cottage was amazingly warm and cozy and remained warm and cozy for our entire stay.

The views where great the mobile home was great so clean and had everything for our weekend even down to bathrobe and flipflop for the hot tub which was the best thing we where waiting to have and it made the time there we will be going again and the doneys turkeys goats sheep where there to great time

Fantastic stay at the cottage. Perfect location just off the Monsal trail, which was ideal for walking the dog. Also tea, coffee, milk and biscuits already provided. The hosts were fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions.

Really comfortable bed. Separate from the pub so no noise but only over the road so convenient for drinks or food. Tastefully decorated room and very clean.
Great location with a lovely pub over the road, all staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely evening meal and breakfast too. The room was very clean and cosy and the bed was comfortable too. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended to others!

It was dog-friendly but very clean, with no doggy smells due to the owner's careful requests to use blankets on the furniture for the pets to sit on. Big garden for the dogs to run around in. comfortable beds. The sunroom is a great addition full of lovely touches like dog towels, bowls, and dog treats. It's great that there is parking. We had a wonderful stay and loved the property.
