Great location, and adorable! The hosts were quick to respond when needed. There is street parking out front which was quite convenient. We walked over the chain bridge into Melrose (coffee, pubs, Melrose Abbey, groceries) which was lovely. There was coffee, tea and milk at the flat which was a nice touch & the view out to the garden so beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised to find hair dryers with diffuser attachments! Everything was comfortable and clean, 10/10.

We spent a relaxing weekend in this beautifully converted building. The decor was lovely and everything was exceptionally clean and fresh. The welcome pack was great and very much appreciated. Instructions on how to enter property were very clear. Easy to reach nearby town where there were lots of places to eat and drink.
The negative points listed did not greatly detract from our enjoyment of our weekend away.

A lovely BnB. We stayed for a night whilst attending a wedding nearby. The hosts were helpful and welcoming and the rooms were cosy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning.
I drove all along from London to Edinburgh and the location was the main reason I booked it. The room was very clean, spacious and very quiet which made it a great place to rest. It’s in a beautiful place and I loved the included breakfast. I would definitely come back
