The cottage was exceptionally well-equipped; we had everything we needed, allowing us to focus on enjoying our time there. The location is fantastic—cozy, quiet, surrounded by a beautiful forest, and the Halloween decorations added a lovely touch. The host provided plenty of information and was incredibly welcoming. The property is beautiful. Despite being close to a main road it's surprisingly quiet too. We had everything we needed there and it's a short walk into town center in case you need to grab anything. We can't wait to come back!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We stayed just for one night as a get away and it was fabulous. Everything there you needed, very clean, tidy. Peaceful location. Beautiful tidy new lodge. We had a pub lunch at the Rockingham arms then went to the lodge for the day/ evening.
Very clean room. Excellent location for short break. Good access to Breakfast and Dinner locations. Adjacent good quality Indian restaurant was a bonus.

We had a lovely stay at Cameron House. The room was very clean and all facilities were well maintained and working well. The host was lovely, warm and welcoming. We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time but she welcomed us with no fuss. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to our liking. The location was quiet but easy access to the forest. We loved everything about the Cameron House and would strongly recommend it to everyone who travel to the North of New Forest!
