Big! Spacious. lovely garden and owner was hospitable only downside as there was no TV /Freeview only netflix which wouldn’t be ideal if you dont have Netflix so had to watch Youtube.

It was very close to where my son lives so we could walk there. We only needed a bed for the night. Breakfast was included, which was cooked to order there and then and was delicious. It was very clean and the staff friendly and polite.

Nice hotel close to Hampton Court Palace .We stayed for 1 night (room 3) was Very small and cramped no table, 1 chair and basic but was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely too. The room was Ideal for 1.. night but wouldn't recommend it for more than that. The staff were nice and the breakfast was exceptional .I would definitely stay here again just maybe not in room 3
