It was peaceful, beautiful, and quaint and exactly what you would want for a devon stay. Countryside and views.
The facilities where so lovely and with keeping so much of the original heritage of the former place.
Having the a wellness centre onside was such a good idea too. So close to the jurassic coast and amazing countryside or costal walks. Good place as a little family, couple or with your dogs.
The staff were so amazing and friendly and couldn't do enough.
They also have the most amazing wedding garden set up and venue to host your dream wedding. You could even marry in the beautiful local church and hold your reception here with plenty of space for guests to all stay together.
We really loved it.

I couldn't be happier! Everything was really great. Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Very nice welcome, upon arrival we found food products prepared for us, such as milk, bread, butter etc. I highly recommend, we will definitely come back there.

Location is good for exploring the south of Devon. The cottage itself is compact but perfect for me and my dog, a couple or small family. The bedroom is lovely and the bed is very comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. The garden would be great in the summer and enclosed so dog friendly. The hosts were perfect, there when I needed them but left alone to do my own thing at all other times.

Host was extremely accommodating, kind and thoughtful! My partner and I went for valentine's day and loved every second - the house itself was gorgeous and warm and private, and the hot tub had a gorgeous view even at night time. Lots of board games and TV options available, kept us busy for our stay.

An excellent spacious and warm property with everything you could need for a stay away from home. A lovely welcome from Karen and Martin too, plus some nice scones with jam & cream which was much appreciated. We were also lucky that the barn owl returned to its nest, so we could watch it on the owl-cam!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

The overall feel of Hills Farm was warm and pleasant with lovely accommodation and amazing views. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. The onsite restaurant was very good, so much so that we cancelled our reservation elsewhere and dined on location.
The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. The setting of the place was lovely with it being situated on a farm. The cost of the stay with breakfast included was worth what we paid. Perfect stay for 1 night!
