We stayed in the Bothy, which is lovely. The estate is stunning, very secluded and the ideal location for a quiet week in nature. We have loved Ayrshire, the coast is a well-kept secret and there are plenty of places to see inland too, Dumfries House being a highlight.

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
It is a very well run hotel, each member of staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. We were there as part of a family gathering and we were all very well looked after.
We ate in the restaurant and cafe and the food was really good and well presented, great choice on the menu.

Stayed for a wedding close by ,Reception were very helpful with organising taxis to the venue, room was lovely very clean and comfortable , coffee and tea on hand , hair drier and iron and board provided , rooms a good size too breakfast was included and it was amazing staff were so friendly and lovely and very welcoming, food was very good and a great choice in the way of breakfast food
Price - good for B&B, bed - very clean and comfortable, location - convenient on the E outskirts of Kilmarnock, staff - mostly friendly, bar - well stocked and good ambiance, food - plenty of variety , standard fare. Preferring is in that order.
