We stayed at Drumdelgie cottages for a long weekend in July. We were in Cottage 1 which is very well appointed with everything you could need for any length of stay. The owners Clare and Jay really have thought about putting in every appliance and home comfort. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the huge bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The cottage has a wonderful outdoor area with seating, fire pit, BBQ and table to make outdoor dining in the warm evenings an absolute treat.
If the weather isn't so kind there is a huge TV with a great viewing package and plenty of games and books to see you through the evening.
The cottage is conveniently located close enough to Huntly to allow for easy access to shops/restaurants but far enough away to really feel you are away from it all.
In short, you need for nothing and we couldn't fault a single thing. Clare and Jay were very helpful and ensured our stay was exceptional. We will be back the next time we visit Huntly.

What a wonderful experience the setting is amazing and the cottage feels like home. we especially love the cows coming over to wake us in the morning. We were able to do whiskey tasting all over and then have a place to relax and cook dinner at night can’t wait to come back

It was perfect for us with our dogs, especially as our two like to get muddy, outside watering hoses provided and doggy shampoo and towels and a great enclosed area for our dogs to roam and great hosts who gave us all the privacy to enjoy the cottage and the surrounding area will be returning again

My elderly parents prefer room temperatures far warmer than I do. Using the smart home features I was able to set the temperature in their room at a level where they were completely comfortable, and still have the same experience myself. I enjoyed the smart home features, and got a lot of satisfaction from just turning on night mode. The whole house is an attractive comfortable generous space. There is a small quiet room with comfy seating that is off of the stairs to the first floor overlooking the back garden. My son enjoyed the opportunity it provided to get away from everyone and read a book in peace, quiet, and comfort. The location is a wonderful jumping off point to enjoy Speyside and the grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient. I regret that we hadn't planned a longer stay.

The cottage was adorable. Perfect for my husband and myself. The directions on the app/website were spot on and finding the lockbox and getting in was super smooth. Kitchen was great, enough storage for our items during our visit. Great location for visiting all the distilleries. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is a bit on the outskirts of Dufftown, but still only 5-10 min from the center with few restaurants and cafes. It has a nice terrace , garden and views. Well equipped to spend some days in the area and explore around
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.

Modern house with hot tub, perfect night away! is located in Huntly, just 8.3 miles from Leith Hall Garden & Estate and 17 miles from Kildrummy Castle.
The property was beautiful, such pretty scenery on the farmland as you drive up to the lodge. Inside is so cozy and warm and very clean, everything was set out neatly for our arrival and instructions for wifi and heater etc were in a brochure. The grass garden part attached outside is lovely, only disappointed we had heavy rain during our entire stay but it was still a great experience
The location was stunning and so peacful the house was beautiful and very clean
Lovely enclosed garden for our dog molly
Our hosts were lovely
The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay
The cottage is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and set in a beautiful location with country views. A wonderful base from which to explore the northeast of Scotland.
We were only there two nights for a wedding - I was sad to leave.
Stayed out the Stables, the room was very comfortable the neighbouring facilities were very clean.
The menu was wide ranging & value for money.
Ideally situated in the centre of town.
The property is very clean, spacious and warm. The hosts greeted us when we arrived and when we left. They even let us have a sledge when it was snowing and our children had great fun in the snow. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The hosts are lovely, thoughtful and offered to get something from the shop when it was snowing.
