Room was large and individually temperature controlled. Bed was comfy if a little soft. Bathroom was gorgeous. Great shower, loads of hot water and lovely new white towels.
Food was way beyond expectation, superb. Ate breakfasts & dinners. All superb & cooked to order.

Beautiful old 16th century cottage with charm and character. Very relaxing with hot tub & sauna. Comfortable beds and sofa.Very well equipped kitchen and fabulous welcome basket of goodies.
Lots of extras to make it special and a real home from home comfortable experience, e.g., coffee machine & pods, pizza oven, hair dryers, hot water bottles, fans, TV streaming service, and excellent WIFI.

We had a lovely week during the late July heatwave. The host Jo greeted us and was lovely. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great for trips inland or to the coast and had a couple of good pubs around a 25-minute stroll away. We made good use of the Bbq facilities and stargazers will appreciate the dark skies. All in an excellent week.

Had a wonderful stay at the owls hoot, a great couple of nights away with my girlfriend especially with having the hot tub and sauna to enjoy, there are other houses around you but it feels totally private as the garden isn't overlooked by the neighbours.
Definitely recommend and would love to stay again especially as it's fairly local to me.

It was fine, the door to the Bedrooms was very low i banged my head. The two bedrooms are not private as you have to pass through one to get to the other. These are separated by a think curtain so not suitable for unrelated guests.

We loved everything about the property. The views were amazing, it was very clean and like a home from home. Comfy bed, and well furnished throughout. Appreciated the thoughtful personal touches such as fresh eggs, flowers, and wonderful homemade brownies! Friendly, helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend.
