Great location just under Penshaw Monument, in the middle of the countryside. Very good facilities in the property and very well laid out. Owner even set up a Xmas tree and lights for our stay - a lovely touch. We also made use of the cafe next door - they make an excellent cooked breakfast in the morning.

The property was immaculate. Everything you could wish for is provided.The owners live next door and are happy to help in any way. A microwave appeared the same day that we told Frankie it would be helpful. Lovely fresh towels , tea, coffee, etc. as little welcome pack of snacks provided.Charming owners. Having stayed at the hotel previously we were aware of the location, which is ideal for us as we were attending the Arena nearby. The reception area and bar are very clean and the staff friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped. Although we were at the front of the hotel on the main road, the room was still quiet.
The staff are lovely. Really helpful and friendly. There's a lovely view and our room had a balcony. The shower was powerful. There's a bar serving food and a restaurant. The decor is fresh and the place is very clean. It's easily accessed from the Belmont park and ride.
