We really liked how comfortable, modern and spacious it was. Some of the girls went in the hot tub and loved it whilst we were making cocktails with butler in the buff. Would definitely stay here again. We got some chocolate biscuits and prosecco which was a nice touch.

This house was spacious and comfortable. There was a sunroom with toys and seating in the back garden, which was filled with apples and raspberries. We enjoyed barbecuing, and it was safe for kids to run around the area. If you have children with you, it's a good idea to bring corner bumpers for the glass dining table with pointed edges. The house also had a high chair and a laundry room. There were no extra bin liners, so bring some if you plan to stay more than two days. There's hand soap in all the three toilets/bathroom, but no body wash/shampoo. The large dishwasher was very convenient, but bring dishwasher tablets as they only provided liquid soap. They don't supply condiments like sugar or salt, but the kitchen is equipped with utensils and other tools. However, they only have small casseroles and pans. We loved the duck egg-colored plates and bowls. There were TVs in the dining area and living room, which we used to watch YouTube and play music. During the hot summer, it's advisable to bring mini fans, although a stand fan was provided in the master bedroom. The location was perfect in a quiet and safe neighborhood, not far from the town center and beaches. The nearest shop for necessities was Lidl. We did a self check-in and check-out. The host was responsive, and we highly recommend this place to others. It's a great place for a big group.

Apartment nicley located for days out. Parking facilities are good, although the lights could be brighter at night for easier parking. Lovely apartment, the bedrooms had comfy beds & pillows & good storage. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of kitchen appliances, crockery, and utensils. The bathrooms were clean with great sized towels, even towels for beach visits. The apartment was clean and fresh when we arrived ready for us. Shops are nearby for supplies when self-catering. Would definitely visit again.

Flat was excellent but the final staircase was rather steep with shallow steps. V Clean. Everything we needed. Location was good for local shops and easily walkable to central Bournemouth and the beaches. Good bus services from Westbourne.

Everything, but the parking worked out quite expensive as you could only park for four hours maximum through the day then Saturday afternoon the car park was full so had to wait around for a space

Very disappointed with our stay. We arrived to the house first to learm that it's overlooking the hotel car park, so no privacy at all. We had too have the blinds pulled the whole time. The worst thing we didn't realise that the whole floor was full of broken glass. Our little one stepped on it and her foot was bleeding so we had to go to the reception to ask for plasters and an alcohol wipe as there was no first aid in the house. When we checked the floor with torches we saw that the whole house and I mean every millimeter of the carpet was covered in glass. The photos are attached. The plate with small pieces of glass is just from a small part of the hallway. On top of it all the whole proprty is covered in mold, all windows and bathrooms. Disgusting! When we arrived home, I got an email from the property that they're asking for £40 for damaged bathroom door which already had ahole in the middle and the tap in the bathroom was broken. I mean the nerve!!! The house it self is nice but not worth the money!
