Great central location perfect for the festival we were attending. Easy check in from the restaurant/takeaway next door. Room was very clean stayed on first floor good pressure on shower.
The breakfast is excellent and the room and bathroom were very clean. The weather was nice while I was there and sat in the beautiful gardens. Only short walk to Hitchin town. Would stay here again

Great location, big spacious room with large screen tv amd WIf and very clean. I had the best burrito at the Mexican restaurant. The hotel has free parking. There are plenty of restaurants and bar around. Staff were very helpful.
