Great location. Very peaceful, comfortable and perfect outside area for exercising our very small dogs. The cottage had everything you could want. There were some delicious scones with jam and clotted cream awaiting us upon arrival - yummy! We were staying between Christmas and New Year so there was a Christmas tree outside the front window and one inside, plus decorations, which was a lovely festive touch.

An amazing Hideaway. Set in quiet location just 6 mins to town centre in a taxi or about 20 min walk along the canal. Absolutely immaculate. Cosy and warm loved the fact that tea, coffee and condiments and a pint of milk were left for us. After a long day at the Christmas markets it was lovely not to have to worry about buying milk. They even left a packet of biscuits thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We liked the location, it was situated on a lovely night street with lots of bars and restaurants, it was very clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly, the room was lovely, breakfast was beautiful
The property was in a great location with plenty of secure parking. It was very clean and great for a weekend break with lots of amenities within walking distance. We even got to visit Leamington Spa, Baddesley Clinton and Packwood in the car. Got to nearby villages walking and a few pubs and a restaurant. Would recommend it and come back again.
Location good, parking had overflowing skip and lots of other rubbish piled up. Bit noisy, but not really a problem, but sadly not very clean and the stair handrails were very sticky. Staff OK, lady who served breakfast friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful but not the best quality. There was even a notice on what appeared to be the staffroom door asking the staff to keep that clean. We left after breakfast, having needed to use the toilets, but had to return to our room as the toilets in the public area were filthy.
