Tucked away separate from the house. We could come and go as we pleased without disturbing anyone. Off road parking which was really handy.The owners were very pleasant . Thanks to Tony who gave us a lift to a party about 10 mins drive away.

Loved the bungalow, beautifully fitted out. Great to have a garden too. These owners shad been so thoughtful there was everything there anyone could need for a lovely stay. The property is only a short walk to the local facilities including a very good pub.
Both of us are really looking forward to being able to return. Would recommend this property and the owners to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Rooms clean and welcoming. Lovely clean towels. Facilities had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, hairdryer in each room. Thankful for milk in fridge too. Rooms are not interconnected but are separate rooms next to each other. Nice garden area and patio with shared drive with owners house next door, accessible electric car plug point available. Able to shut gates and block bottom so our dogs could run around in garden which they enjoyed too. Remote location but close access to A roads so restaurants, shops and coast all easily accessed. Nice walk up farm lane over fields near old Windmill. Great was dog friendly.

Clean and smart, only a short distance to the town centre and the beach. Surprisingly quiet given it is right next door to a pub (didn’t go in but the pub looked nice). Good value for money and everything matched what was shown in the pictures. Host very responsive and available through messages. Over 3 floors so might be an issue if you have mobility issues but perfect for us!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very clean and comfortable. Peaceful location but accessible. staff were extremely friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.
The location was good. The service from the White Hart was excellent. The fact that we could not get an answer by phone or email to confirm our booking beforehand was really bad. If the pub and restaurant are remaining closed a divert contact for the White Heart should be provided. The room, bathroom , etc were well decorated and very clean and well presented.
The cottage was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Jane was available for any queries and very helpful but not intrusive. All facilities are new and everything needed is there.
I would highly recommend the cottage to anyone who wants a quiet peaceful stay with access to the coast and the South Downs.
We were late from our flight into Gatwick, so the owner stayed up until we arrived at gone midnight.. really good sized room, comfortable bed, very clean.. overall a great experience
