What can I say .. I am for once in my life lost for words! From the minute you open the porch door you are transformed into a magical world that lives and breaths harry potter! So many amazing details I saw something new each day! We were here for Harry potter studios and the house was so perfect, I wasn't too dissapointed to leave the tour as I knew I was coming back to such an amazing property!
The hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond for my family and the sweet jar and golden snitch chocolates really made us all so happy after our long drive. The lit up Christmas tree was such a lovely touch as well.
The bedroom themes were perfect and the beds were so comfy .. my son actually said "I can't believe I'm excited to go to bed!" Because he couldn't wait to spend the night in the knight bus!
I didn't have to keep the kids entertained at all as there was so much on offer on the house that they all played happily from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out.
This property is worth every penny and more! Cannot reccomend highly enough!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the barn. It is truly beautiful and in a lovely secluded location.
The rooms are all beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is incredible. The hot tub was lovely and warm, especially on a cold day.
There is everything you could need while on a visit. The kitchen is fully equipped as are all the rooms. The table was beautifully laid and made it perfect for a romantic meal! The host was amazing, she gave clear instructions on how to find the barn and was on hand with messages to check that we were all set for our visit. First class service all around

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. I enjoyed my stay, very clean environment and homely atmosphere. The family is very friendly and I particularly loved the toddler who always welcomed me with a hug & smile. The secure locks on the bedroom door made me feel safe at night and the self entry lock offered flexibility for my daily itinerary. I liked the variety of shops around the corner. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Hatfield.
