Our host, Jo, came to meet us as we arrived at the property, to hand over the keys and give some information about the cottage. 'Half-Pint Cottage' is lovely, very welcoming and cosy.
Fabulous additional extras were the delicious homemade blood orange marmalade and soda bread. Bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice and organic milk were also kindly provided.
Characterful 2 bed cottage, quiet village setting is set in Ashleworth, 48 km from Cotswold Water Park, 10 km from Gloucester Cathedral, as well as 18 km from Eastnor Castle.

Everything!! It had everything you could possibly need, really impressed with all equipment in the kitchen it had everything I needed for cooking and more. Very cosy but nice and spacious at the same time.

Location was perfect, especially as we went to shows at the Roses Theatre just a couple of minutes walk away. The town centre and Abbey were all within easy reach and it was a good place for (muddy!) walks on the edge of town. All of the rooms are spacious and the hallway had plenty of space to deal with wet shoes and damp jackets! Heating was good and the bath, as well as shower, a luxury. Kitchen and bathroom had most of what we needed.

Exceptional location for staying in with family! Kids play area is 3min walk down beautiful country lane, pub 7min walk. The area is super quiet. We have met the owner upon arrival, she was super nice and welcoming, allowed our children to use their trampoline and play around the main house. The property itself is a beautiful studio that has literally everything you need. From cutlery, bedding, appliances to toys, books and magazines. We will be definitely returning to this one.
