The location was good for walking trip to the Dales, there was a train station a few minutes walk away for trips into Leeds. The property was well heated and comfy. The host was easily contacted and answered quickly.

Location was exceptional, we were just around the corner from the main street in Grassington which is familiar as the shooting location for 'All Creatures Great and Small'. The communication from the host was excellent, parking was off road, and the room was very clean with great tea and coffee making facilities. The biscuits and sweets were a nice touch too. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet so we had a great nights sleep.

Room had a good assortment of teas and drinks.
Was our first time there. Won't be are last Dave and Nettie made us very welcome .It was like home from home very relaxing the accommodation was beautiful.
