Location was only 9 mins away from the city centre or railway station. The beds were so comfortable (slept like a baby). Very beautiful home with a lovely garden out back. Host was super-responsive to all our needs. I would definitely stay here if I ever return to Chichester!!!

Lots of space and light in lounge/kitchen area though, as with all caravans, the bedrooms were more cramped.
It was lovely to be so close to nature, to see the sun on the lake and hear the birds.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The location was excellent for travelling to and from Goodwood FOS event. The location was very close to the beach so you could have a walk around. Plenty of local amenities for shopping etc. The room was very clean with all the crockery & cutlery you would need for a short stay. The host provided bread and milk on arrival and left jams and cereals too. The bottle of fizz was a very nice touch. Access to the property was easy and there were clear instructions on rules and helpful hints waiting for us.
Very very clean and well appointed. Friendly owner and family making for a very enjoyable short break. Unexpected good choice of breakfast items. Bottle of Prosecco is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely place in a quiet setting. Very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Great selection of breakfast and bathroom items. Very friendly and helpful hosts. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely return here.
It was really close to Butlins but meant I could come away from the chaos of a music Weekender & actually get some rest the bed was so comfy that I over slept & checked out late which the host was very gracious about!
The Studio is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is very cozy and relaxing.
Sam and Pete were very welcoming and friendly.
The kitchenette was well stocked with a variety of breakfast items and the local shop is close by for any other needs.
The Studio was very clean, comfortable and affordable and I would definitely stay again.
