I couldnt fault my stay. It exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back again. Spotless, decorated to a high standard, smelt gorgeous and the most comfortable bed. Lovely surprise to receive a welcome pack too. Just round the corner to pubs, restaurants and shops.

Staff behind reception were swearing loudly when we checked in. Room wasn't very clean, towels looked about 20 years old. Shower had such weak water pressure, bed was uncomfortable. The premier Inn or B&B would have been much better!
The receptionist was charming and helpful, as were the other staff to whom we spoke. The public rooms gave a very good first impression and seemed well-used and comfortable. Our room was very clean, as was the rest of the hotel, so credit to the housekeeping staff. There was adequate parking. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town.
