Had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse. In a perfect location. The place was warm and homely.
All the bedding was clean and fresh. Comfortable beds, apart from one (My teenage son said it was fine!!) Most were memory foam.
Kitchen was lovely. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cookware.
T.V had Netflix, Amazon etc. You just need to sign in.
Keybox was very easy to use.
Family of 11. Varying ages. All said they had a great time.
Recon we will be back.

The whole building is full of character. It's big enough to have had the whole family together.
There was a welcome bottle of wine and crisps which made a lovely touch.

One of my worst stays
So I tried to check in around 5 PM when it was starting to get dark. We were having a bit of difficulty finding the property
When we managed to somehow arrive the door was locked. When I contacted the landlord, she had advised that everything is in the manual, instead of telling us where the door lock was right away.
The manual was on dropbox so I had to download the app, register user and get in (the signal near the property is not good and it was darn cold..) It was nice and warm inside the property, but the there were two flickering LED lights which was extremely annoying. I contacted the landlord, but she said she’d take care of it after we leave. I decided to take a shower, but found out that there was no shampoo nor soap, and not even a hairdryer after taking the shower. When I decided to have some food, I noticed there was no cooking oil nor rubbish bag…
When I was about to go to bed. There were cars driving by really fast so the noise was really bad(please note that the property is located on a high street), and when there wasn’t any car driving by, we heard some squeaking sounds, had difficulty going to bed…
All in all it wasn’t a pleasant experience, so much so that I would never stay there again.

Very well appointed self contained cottage in a beautiful location. Super helpful and delightful owners who are available to guide/assist if you need but don't interfere. They seem to have thought of everything in terms of kitting out (especially the kitchen). You can park next to the cottage to load/unload which is always a bonus. Lots of see and do locally.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
We liked that Stephan introduced himself just after we arrived and made sure everything was alright for us. The cottage far exceeded what we were expecting. It is fitted out with everything you could ever want. Very clean and well appointed. Location wise it's on a public footpath that takes you into Cromer and very near to lots of other interesting locations. All in all one of the best cottages we've ever stayed in.

Everything was well thought out - from the layout to the facilities. The cottages are extremely well thought out, and we appreciated the additional touches of milk and cupcakes.
All rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We are already planning to visit again in the spring/summer.

Very clean and sparkling 3 bed cottage. Very well equipped kitchen. Very helpful and pleasant hosts. Great location. Nice and dog friendly as well. You need a car.
Lovely quiet location, able to walk into Cromer. Everything was new and very clean. Enclosed back garden with decking and garden furniture. Loved the square dining table which seats eight. Stacey left us a homemade cake and Easter eggs for the grandchildren, much appreciated! Would thoroughly recommend.
The location is ideal with no through traffic
