We visited Bampton for a wedding and me, my husband, young son and mother-in-law rented the property for the weekend and it was just perfect! The Barn is attached to the owners house and it has such lovely grounds with nice grass area to sit in the sun and a lovely running stream. The accommodation was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We loved watching the chickens & geese with our young son.
We had some issues with our Land Rover (classic! haha) and the owner helped get it back up and running.
We highly recommend for a lovely Devon getaway :)

the surroundings was beautiful, the games room was fun and the amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi we loved. and also the 2 cute shetlands ponies on the field was so sweet to see :)

The room was large and very comfortable. A king size bed with duvet. A single bed was also in the room . En-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. Tea/coffee making facility. Lots of wardrobe space. The property had lovely gardens with a separate area for chickens. The property was very clean and tastefully decorated The breakfasts were great
Our room was very well appointed, comfortable and very clean, including the ensuite. Food was exceptionally good ...we dined in the restaurant but the bar food looked delicious too. My husband appreciated the vast choice of quality whisky. We stayed over a weekend and it was lovely to see the place bustling. Very friendly staff.
