The accommodation was spotlessly clean. It's been recently refurbished so everything is new. Joseph was a great host and very accommodating. Location is right beside Eltham High Street with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Train station is a five minute walk and thirty minutes on the train gets you to the heart of London with all it has to offer.

I liked that it felt like home while on holiday. This owner did go above other accommodations I have been at. It was nice to have the basic essentials while arriving. We got there late as we were travelling from Scotland with 4 young children. It was a very nice touch leaving some food like bread,milk,jam etc. House was very clean and was living back at home. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place.

Really nice 3bed, clean and tidy, easy to find and really quiet. Well equipped and one of the best places we have stayed in. We were trading at the Excel and initially the driving was horrible but then we found the ferry. Managed to park the biggest van in the world on the drive which was fab.
