The property was immaculate. There were two ensuite bathrooms. One had a bath and the other a shower.The bedrooms were very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were very nice, as was the large lounge. Coffee, biscuits, tea, and milk were left for us, which was a nice touch. Bramley was situated in a quiet residential area in Sandown within easy walking distance of the sea front and town. There was a Tesco express at the end of the street and a bus stop, too. There was also a Morrisons nearby. We enjoyed staying there for the IOW festival.

The location 10 minutes walk from the centre of Yarmouth and overlooking the Solent was ideal. The rooms were spacious and the house had all the facilities ( and more) that we needed for our stay. I would add that the kitchen was also very well stocked which was a great help. We also greatly appreciated being able to park 2 vehicles on site.
We were a family of 5, including 3 adult children and so used 4 of the 5 bedrooms. We were very comfortably accommodated and I would recommend the property to any family/friends grouping up to 8-10 in number.

The property was very clean , comfortable and well maintained . We really appreciated the toiletries and bread / milk that was left for us too. Comfortable beds enabled a good night sleep . The property was well equipped .
Breakfast was excellent- staff very friendly and helpful - right opposite the entrance to Osbourne House which was our reason to go Isle of Wight - room and bathroom very clean
I thought the property was very good value for money. The host was very helpful, even allowing me in early as I had a poor night's sleep the night before, and a very early start. The house was very clean when I arrived, and there was milk in the fridge, biscuits on the side and teabags to make a cuppa. Also, for those with younger visitors, there is a fitted gate at the top of the stairs.
The property was ideally situated and had plenty of room. It was very clean and tidy with a lovely garden. There was no problem with parking and the next door neighbour was very polite, asking if I didn't mind him cutting his lawn as it would be slighty noisy.
Just immaculate, we had booked for a few days over my 50th birthday and it was the perfect place to relax after days spent with friends, or exploring and eating.
The personal touches, birthday goodies and breakfast things were a wonderful treat.
Down an unpaved lane off of a nice road, we did not hear any traffic noise at all.
Lovely living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed and very nice bathroom.
We would definitely like to stay again, this is how holiday homes should be!
