Everything was great couldn’t fault the staff however, there was no booklet or instructions on how to use anything. If you’re travelling from overseas to a different system you like to read a welcoming pack and a guide on how to use the utilities. There was a spa but no instructions. We did have to ask the maintenance man for help with tv he was very patient and very obliging with help, as was reception. The only comment would be to have a welcome pack with instructions to know to use everything would be helpful I think otherwise excellent place to stay

The Princeland Lodge is a lovely little cottage on the edge of town. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever encountered. Helen was a friendly and informative host who was keen that we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with most utensils for cooking, and crockery/cutlery for 3 people.

The pods were very nice. The beds were extremely comfy. The hot-tub was easy to use, a nice temperature, and a nice view. The fridge was stocked full with nice snacky food, some juice and a bottle of prosecco.

We had a great stay in a very clean and comfortable room. The cooked breakfast was excellent with homemade jams and bread and a great selection of

At £175+ per night, this hotel is at the top end of the price spectrum. Room was large and well appointed. Very clean throughout. Bed was comfortable, but poor pillows. Breakfast was good. Spa and swimming pool nice, but tired in places. Lovely hotel grounds.
