Our stay at the Cottage was perfect. Nigel accomodated an early check-in for us. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Kitchen cupboards and fridge was surprisingly well stocked.

Great house, everything you need for a lovely stay. Very clean and great location. Just around 20minute walk to Oxford.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Excellent room, very clean with all the extras … breakfast was really good as was the evening meal.
Staff were very attentive and friendly
Lovely outside areas to sit and relax
Plenty of parking
Location was perfect for visiting Oxford and surrounding places
Lovely characterful old hotel in a beautiful village. Room and bathroom good size and very clean. Fan in room was appreciated. Meals nice and in both bar and restaurant. Would recommend.
Great facilities, lovely room with nice touches everything you could need. Great to have a car park. Helpful information. Lovely to have a radio in room. Bathroom very clean.
Nice olde world pub in the centre of a lovely village. The staff were friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was very good and evening meals were good. We had a lovely superior double room which was very clean and comfortable.
Staff particularly the Ops Mamager were excellent. Rooms very clean and very good value for money. Stayed the night before our sons wedding with a group of his friends and had a large table for dinner. Service and food were excellent as well as children's meals catered for really well.
Stayed there so that I could watch a friend's play. The place offered a lot more than what my partner and I expected, the staff were lovely and attentive (one of them even ran out to me on the street to hand me a couple of items I forgot), the place was also very clean and everything felt high quality. The bar and restaurant are also very inviting and cosy and the food was great. The location was well-placed in a picturesque village with a co-op nearby.
The rooms have been newly renovated and are fantastic and very clean. The cooked breakfast is amazing. The staff (night supervisor, breakfast service, reception) are all very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back.
