Beautifully decorated, looks like newly and well built. Very clean, well kitted out including two modern tv's with all bells and whistles. Nice touch with some appreciated snacks provided.
Plenty big enough for the 4 of us plus 2 dogs who adored the large dog bed and cushion.

The location of the cottage was amazing, lots of pubs and restaurants and the facilities of Teignmouth all within easy reach - walking distance. Also very good location for getting out and about and visiting other parts of Devon, Dartmoor, Dartmouth, Drewsteignton, Dawlish and other places that didn't necessarily begin with ‘D’.
The parking permit was extremely handy, sometimes a bit tricky getting a parking space in the Quay Road car park, but we managed fine.

The property was very large. It had everything you could possibly need. It is also very quiet. We have been travelling around Europe for the last couple of months and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had so far. The location is perfect too, central to the motorway, being able to get into Exeter and to the coast.
