The location was perfect, peace and quiet with wonderful views around it. The pod was well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was very clean and tidy. Cosy feeling all round. The decking was lovely overlooking the pond with the fire pit. Great value. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a relaxing break.

Kind and empathetic host. We got stuck in traffic and reached the cottage at. 9:45 pm and still we received a warm welcome from the host also as a kind gesture the host has kept a bottle of milk for our baby.

Sean served breakfast and a lovely young man. Chef cooked a delicious omelette. Linen very clean and room. Carpets could have been cleaner. My room attic and perhaps as quieter. It was roomy and light. Just a little worried that I might struggle to find my way out if fire alarm.
Spacious comfortable room in recently renovated hotel. Rooms very clean and all staff were friendly and professional. Good choice of well cooked food. Would definitely recommend if you want to tour this stunning scenic area. Will definitely stay again if we do.
We were the bridal couple and our friends stayed in this same hotel we all had an exceptional stay made nicer by the friendly and very helpful staff..the food was also excellent ..breakfast omelette to die for! Very clean and comfortable rooms will be returning for our 1st anniversary!
Comfortable accommodation in lovely garden surroundings, very peaceful but not far from Dalbeattie town. Well equipped kitchen in a small space and very clean garden cottage. Breakfast food supplies on arrival which was a nice touch.
The lodge is in a beautiful, quiet location. The inside is very clean. It is well equipped with everything you need, and the beds are lovely and comfortable.
The whole stay was relaxing and peaceful. The caravan was very clean and cosy. It was very well equipped. Perfectly situated for days out to the rest of south west Scotland.
