What a nice change from tiny hotel rooms. We were able to spread out. Our unit was in a quiet shady section. All amenities (except towels) are provided. Good communication from staff.

The Fisherman's Cottage ("Cross Wing") provided an ideal stay for our visit with family in Hastings. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town and afforded us an easy walk to shops, restaurants, historic sites, and the seafront. Being an original Hastings dwelling, the house gave our family a lovely dose of historic atmosphere along with most of the basic modern conveniences to ease our stay.

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Completely as described! Lovely setting, comfy beds, very clean and well planned out both inside and outside. The hot tub was fab, and we enjoyed walking around the local area, in particular a lovely roast at the Plough in the village! The host was great and very communicative.
Very clean with everything you needed for a weekend trip. Jo and Justin were great and the three dogs were very friendly once they stoped barking at you 😃
We had an issue with the hot water but it was fixed the same day and I’m told cold showers are good for you anyway! 😂
Nice little walk to the Plough pub for food which was okay and has really nice staff.
