Very nice location--an easy walk to Elm Street and the Cathedral (a bit longer to the center of town) while at the same time tucked away in a quiet alcove. The flat is charming and clean and the view from the open kitchen/dining/living area is lovely. The flat is laid out on three floors which allows for privacy and the aforementioned view, but wouldn't be good for folks who can't do or don't like stairs. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.

Very clean. Dishwasher was useful. Bedrooms spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Lots of hot water. Kitchen well equipped. Parking. Easy access to Norwich and the surrounding area.
Stayed 1 night for a wedding. Rooms are basic but very clean, slept very well. Self check in using a code they send to you at 3pm. Would use again if in the area.
The apartment is very clean, well presented and comfortable with everything needed to hand. It's situation in Costessey gives easy access to surrounding areas and beyond with all main supermarkets, chip shops etc close by. Communication with the owner is first class and very responsive. We were four adults and would all be happy to stay at the Cosy Apartment again.
The accommodation was very clean and neat. Newly furbished interior. All rooms well lighted naturally. It was one of the best self catering accommodation we have so far, all family members enjoyed stay a lot.
The double room with a bathroom was spacious, quiet and very clean.
The self-service check-in was convenient for us as it gave us the freedom to arrive and go as we please. Also, the instructions were easy and clear to follow!
