The breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked food, plus plenty of choice on the continental side. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, also the pillows were so soft but supportive. There was everything in the room to meet all my needs. The location was ultra quiet and I slept really well.

Lovely big room very clean. Nice TV. Quiet room. Well stocked with tea/ coffee/ cookies and the bathroom had plenty of soap/ shampoo. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast to go was very much appreciated.
The property was central to Coalville which we needed but it was over priced for the facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly and the bed was very comfortable but the room was not very clean, especially in the bathroom.
Comfortable room, fully equipped & very clean. Superb staff, paricularly Debbie at Breakfast & Charlie in the bar / restaurant area. Fabulous food and great selection of 0.0 for us tee-totallers!!
