good facilities and very relaxing. we were visiting family so location for us was perfect. free wifi and tv facilities for entertainment were appreciated. We would certainly stay here again as we have many family to visit in Selkirk. Perfect property to take our small dog with the small garden. On street parking difficult as it is opposite a primary school however delighted to discover on of the playgrounds is open to the public for parking and a 2 minute walk to property

The cottage is beautifully placed and close to larger towns. Check in was easy and Ros was very pleasant and helpful. The cottage was very clean and had a homely feel to it. Our group loved everything about the cottage, location and presentation.
