It's a nice quiet area with a Lidl less than 5 minutes away. The house is nice and comfortable with all the supplies provided for a short stay. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. This is definitely the best played I've stayed in. Hope to book again if staying in Manchester again.

Check in was perfect, performed by a friendly professional. The room was very clean and well furnished. Music was on when I walked into the room, which was nice. Very good amenities, bar and especially exceptional breakfast. The location is also perfect, especially if you like to take some walks in the park or runs.
This was a very good overnight stay before boarding a plane next day. The lady who owns the place was very helpful, allowing us to put a bottle of wine in the fridge in the breakfast room and eat our take away dinner there. Even though our room was tiny it was very clean. Totally recommended.

My room was quite basic to say I was the guest of the day and my room had been upgraded. Not sure about that. However the bed was comfy and the room adequate, very clean and there was nothing to complain about.

When we arrived the man on reception was a great help we went in to our room the TV didn't work so went a told the lovely gentleman on the desk he came up and couldn't fix it so put up in another room straight away didn't have to wait we was then put in another room was a lovely room I didn't get the man's name but he was such a great help Thank you!

Staff was excellent (warm and welcoming, helpful, friendly). Quaint and clean hotel. Nice parlor with leather couches. Decent-sized bathroom and very clean and well-appointed with pleasant aromatics. Very close to MAN airport (10 minutes by taxi/uber).
