Really easy to find. With good parking.
It was Lovely to walk into a clean warm house.
Good instructions on getting onto the WiFi. Sofa comfy.

Although there was no hot water for a bath. Owner suggested to turn the boiler off & on again, but the shower was hot enough to use. So I don't think it's the boiler.
I slept really well, I chose the front bedroom as there was less train noise, although they are not that loud.

We really liked this place, it was ideally located for us and very close to the big Sainsbury's and a park. It is a quiet, pleasant neighbourhood. I like the garden out back, and there were more than enough facilities in the house to meet our needs. The king size bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfy. There is a second shower and toilet downstairs which is great for a group of people.

Absolutely stunning, from the moment we pulled up outside to opening the front door we were in ore of how perfectly quaint and beautiful this little cottage was, Our host Brogan left us some lovely welcoming gifts that added a homely touch... really nice.
Spotlessly clean and very cosy! Great gardens that were great for our 2 dogs to enjoy and explore, can't recommend this place enough for a peaceful break, would definitely stay again.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Lovely clean & smart looking ground floor flat. Didn't really notice any noise from the upstairs flat.
Car parking space outside front door & key lock box was easy to find.
Good sized garden with furniture. Comfortable sofa & bed.
Very clean, lots of hanging space for clothes.
Tile Hill train station is 5 mins away by car, free parking. Birmingham International is 11 mins by train. It's great if you are attending NEC or going into the centre of Birmingham.
